Self-deprecating master Barrington Hendricks aka JPEGMAFIA has released All My Heroes Are Cornballs, his third and most coherent project to date, chock full of lyrical jags and broken beats. The album is by no means designed to be digested in one round, layer after layer of genre meshing and lyrical play require a trenchant listener, which are precisely the type of listeners drawn to Peggy in the first place, since neither beat nor word fall into an established paradigm of musical or political alignment.
