The sardonicism continues with Da Vosk Docta’s latest release, DOCCI; crunchy percussion and honey-dripped synth leads intertwine in this bawdy wonderland. The Docta doesn’t leave much room for rumination however, with raucous nights and fatigued mornings blending together at their shadowy edges, bound by their similarities. He dares lead melodies where most fear to go: on the search for the line between the saccharine and the dated club aesthetic of what once was. ⛰️
