Sarah Poulter aka Logic1000 presents a diptych (and a dub) of club culture and the day/night cycle. ‘Rush’ goes steady on the pulse of the dancefloor, bringing the party into the night like a retractable roof slowly exposing the interior of the space to the stars and breeze and dew and darkness. ‘Can’t Stop Thinking About’ (and its dub) rises up from this proverbial night to bring the warm rays of sunlight forth over the beer and glitter-dusted dancefloor. It’s a gentle ease into the day, but it provides the right amount of pep to feel good about last night’s decisions. If only people could photosynthesize. 🍍
